Our Transitions Caregiver Support Group meets twice monthly from 11am-1pm in the Elliott Center. Bring your own lunch; we’ll provide the coffee and dessert. RSVP: 352-854-5200. It brings together people facing similar situations. Find support and new ways of coping, comfort, hope, interaction, listening, sharing and understanding.
